The stuff my friend sends me is like a one link download and ready to use simple and easy.

They send it from like file sharing sites and stuff like megaupload

Alright you need to know how to do this to make your life a little easier.

Download utorrent http://www.utorrent.com/

Then go to a torrent website like thepiratebay.org or xtremewrestlingtorrents.net and find a torrent you want and then download it. Simple as that, and faster than file sharing sites, if people seed.
