Phone Suggestions

I bought a LG Doubleplay from my local plateau company couple of months back and it worked fine for awhile, until lately it's been a pain in the butt. The phone is nothing but problems. It freezes constantly, battery life is terrible, and kicks me off the web alot. Then to top it off they advertised 4g, and yet they give you the run around. Seems to me that everytime I get phone's from them they mess up rather quickly. I dont know if they are selling us referbuished phone's or what, so we are thinking about going to another plateau and maybe they will give us another phone. Any suggestions?

Well are you buying them from an actual cellphone company dealer or just one of those second hand cellphone shops? The actual company dealers IE Cricket, Sprint etc sell only brand new unused models while second hand cellphone shops normally everything is refurbished. There is a way to tell if your phone is refurbished actually, if you wanna give me the model number etc of said phone I can tell you how to check JB.

What I mean by model number, is the box or packaging, it would normally for example say, LG Shine II. Etc, or Nokia Flip XRY346 for example.

Well, now I wish I had you're Manuel. The guide isn't online. My question is who you have service through? LG btw are known for bad batteries. And do you live in a valley, or near alot of mountains or buildings? Because it could be refurbished but these questions are a must ask. I had an LG Shine II and everything was great except battery life and when I was in my apt, service did NOT work in the bedroom. It was fucking weird.

Mine didn't come with a guide either just a CDROM with instructions on how to setup your phone. It's from plateau, and I live in a small town of maybe 2,000. Yeah I know battery sucks, have to keep charging mine constantly.

That is refurbished then I guess. Every new cellphone comes with instructions.
