Than a video plays of everything that happened at Over The Edge from Chris Kendo winning The Rumble to Montana destroying Devastating Dominick in the three stages of hell match up to the arrest of MJ, Knicky, and Kassidy.

Kerry Lane: Welcome back to another edition of Hardcore Impact, we have a blockbuster show for you tonight.

Josh Hart: Finally Marcus Marshall will get his hands all over that punk Tyrus Helms!

Kerry: That will be a classic no doubt. Tonight will always feature a rematch from last years fued between RJC Cool and MNM. So many memories from those two, that match will be heated.

Josh Hart: That’s right. It will be hardcore rules!!!

Tyrus Helms steps out on the stage.
Wait and Bleed by Slipknot hits the arena and Tyrus Helms steps out onto the stage and makes his way down to the ring. The fans cheer as Helms slaps the hands of the fans as he enters the ring.

Kerry Lane: Helms has his game face on.

Helms ask the announcer for the mic as the crowd quites down and helms pauses before he speaks.

Tyrus Helms: Thanks guy, I appreciate your support. You know last year I won the very first money in the bank match, only to be cheated out of the contract. Now Bruce Page keeps telling me wait, and “ hes too busy†to deal with it. That stops NOW. I want my title shot I Earned! IF I have to beat Marshall tonight, Monday, Wednesday, Sunday I don’t care. Marshall isn’t in my league!

Marshall steps out on the stage as the fans boo with passion.
Marshall: Bitch, Bitch, Bitch, That’s all I hear you do Helms. The fact remains you were beat by a better man and when I say better man, I mean better looking, with better womens, with more money, in a bigger house, with a better lifestyle. You see Helms I saved that MITB contract, and aaaa

Tyrus Helms: You son of a bitch! Every word coming out of your mouth is crap. You cant beat me, you know it, I know it, the fans know it, And Bruce Page knows it!! How about we have a match right now for that contract. Come on RIGHT NOW.

Marcus Marshall: Tyrus, calm down buddy. I just got to the arena. Unlike you, I had more important things to do, than be here tonight! And the way I see it, I got the contract, and you don’t so I need to prove myself. Ill get my lawyer on it now.

Tyrus Helms: Get your lawyer on this!

Tyrus Helms runs out the ring, and down the ramp as Marshall quickly runs backstage. Marshall has a good advantage but he sees helms coming. Marshall turns the corner and hops into a laundry basket. Helms goes running by as Marshall slowly peeks up with a sheet on his head and jumps out.

**COMMERICAL BREAK**

Kerry Lane: Things are getting heated already here tonight.

Josh Hart: You aint lying I cant wait, whats going to happen next here on impact?

Kerry Lane: Well next we have Pyschoda and Danny Devill in the ring. We seen what went down last week. Pyschoda has requested this match.

Pyschoda gets ready in the ring awating his opponent. Killswitch life to lifeless plays as the arena is silent. Everyone is stunned as Danny Devill is wrapped in chains comes out. He walks into the ring and bust out of the chains.

Kerry Lane: This man is huge. He’s goin to be a force to be wreckin with here in the IWF.

Josh Hart: Im speechless.

Pyschoda vs. Danny Devill

Bell Rings: Devill runs up and takes off pyschoda’s head with a big boot. Pyschoda is down on the mat, and Devill begins to choke him out. The referee begins to count 1, 2, 3, 4, and grabs Devill by the arms as he lets go. Danny Devill now goes around and taunts the crowd, and then he grabs Pyschoda by the hair and goes a press slam. Devill picks him up again for a huge powerbomb. Devill now takes his thumb and runs it across his neck as he locks on a camel clutch. Pyschoda taps out within seconds.

Jessica Lock: Your winner of the match Danny Devill

Kerry Lane: Wow, that was fast. Danny Devill is a monster.

Josh Hart: Very impressive first outing.

Camera moves Backstage in The Riots locker room.

MJ: Have you guys seen Marcus? Well anyway this is important. As mentor to the Riot we all know every sucessful faction has leaders. Champions are leaders. Get my drift?

Talon Storm: Well yeah, I got my title shot.

James Kash: I gotta be in that “warzone†match. That was a stupid idea to say the least.

MJ: Don’t worry Kash, we will get you in that match. From what I hear Bruce Page is completely lost on running the IWF. And guess what. We got spys. We got inside men. Anything and Everything going down with the IWF, we know about it first. From my understanding, James you are a lock to be in the Warzone match. But you have to team up with some no name losers! On Monday, Charlie Wayne was the first partcipate announced. Things can only get worse.

James Kash: Bro, All I need is a chance. Mayhem needs me, The IWF needs me. I am the damn future.

Marcus Marshall busts in the locker room out of breathe.

Marcus Marshall: Hey Fellas sorry im late, I had to give Helms a preview of the ass kicking hes about to suffer tonight!.

MJ: Why do you have your underwear sticking out?

Marcus looks down and quickly pulls it out and tosses it, as the other members look confused.

Marcus Marshall: So you guys ready for tonight right???

MJ: Memphis doesn’t have anything fun to do?

Talon Storm: Yea what you are talking about Memphis is a hole in the wall city. Im packing my stuff up now.

James Kash: Memphis is fine if you like rednecks and pregnant women. I don’t want to be here any longer than I have to. In fact, I don’t even know why I am here.

Marcus Marshall: Im talking about my match fellas. Come on.

MJ: Oh yea, come on gang, we got to figure out a strategy.

**COMMERICAL BREAK**

Kerry Lane: Our next match is a triple threat match with three young rookies in the IWF.

"Give it All" starts to play on the PA and Nick Mercury makes his way out to a pop by the crowd. He walks down the ramp and slaps the fans' hands. He rolls into the ring and raises both arms.

Jessica Lock: Introducing from, Eight Mile, Michigan weighing two hundred and twenty pounds he is Nick Mercury!

"Numb/Encore" hits and Axis walks out of the curtain. He walks down the ramp focused on the ring. He jumps up on the apron and over the top rope. He stares down Mercury and goes to his corner.

Jessica Lock: His opponent from Miami, Florida. Axis!

"Modest" plays and the lights go black. The spotlight hits on Byrne and heads down to the ring very energetically. He hops into the ring and walks to the corner that neither Mercury or Axis are in.

Jessica Lock: And the final opponent in this triple threat match from East Lyme, Ryan Bryne!

Kerry Lane: Remember last week on Hardcore Impact, Axis last eliminated Bryne to win the open invitational battle royal.

Josh Hart: Yeah, that should be motivation enough to win this match.

Kerry Lane: Let's see what will happen.

Nick Mercury vs. Axis vs. Ryan Bryne

Bell RIngs: The ref rings the bell and we are underway. Bryne goes right after Axis with right hand punches. Axis falls down in the corner while Bryne is still laying punches on him. Mercury savors the opportunity and school boys Bryne. The ref counts 1...2...kick out. Bryne gets up quicker than Mercury and clotheslines him. Bryne takes Mercury and tosses him out of the ring. Bryne walks back over to Axis but gets poked in the eye. Axis kicks out Bryne's left leg he then kicks him in the midsection and sets up for a suplex. He hits it and jumps on Bryne for a fast cover. 1...2...shoulder up by Bryne. Axis drags Bryne up and tries to irish whip him against the ropes but Bryne counters it and tosses Axis against the ropes. As soon as Axis hits the ropes, Nick Mercury who was still on the outside pulls the top rope down and low bridges Axis. Mercury slides in and stares down Ryan Bryne, they lock up in the center of the ring. Mercury knees Bryne in the stomach and jumps up for a hurricanrana. He hits it and stays packaged in for the pin, 1...2...kick out. Mercury and Bryne get up but Mercury starts clubbing Bryne on the back. Bryne pushes Mercury away, gets up, and charges at Mercury. Bryne delivers a devastating spear and then pins him 1...2...kick out. Bryne picks Mercury up and slams him down with a german suplex. Bryne again takes Mercury and sets him up on the top turnbuckle. Bryne climbs up to Mercury and takes his head and arm. Bryne picks Mercury up and slams him all the way down to the mat with a huge superplex. Both guys are down and hurting. Axis slowly rolls back into the ring and crawls over the Bryne who is closer to where he was. Axis gets an arm over Bryne, 1...2...Bryne barely gets a shoulder up. Axis rolls onto his back and then slowly onto his stomach, he crawls to Mercury and gets his body on him but can't hook the leg. 1...2... Bryne with a last desperation lunge, jumps at Axis and knocks him off of the pin. Bryne and Axis both get up at the same time. Bryne goes for a right hand but Axis ducks out of it and hits a knee to his gut. Axis then hits Bryne with the X-Buster, Axis pins Bryne 1...2...Mercury pulls Axis off of the cover and jumps on Bryne himself. 1...2...kick out. Axis takes Mercury and shoves him towards the turnbuckle but Mercury's shoulder hits against the post. Mercury's body turns limp and he just stays there. Axis picks up Bryne again and sets him on the top rope. Axis gets to the second rope and start pounding away on Bryne. Bryne ducks a right hand and back drops Axis from the top rope onto the floor. Mercury jumps back up and runs at the corner Bryne's in as the ref jumps to the outside to check on Axis. Mercury hits elbows to the head of Bryne and he climbs up and tries to balance on the top rope. He is balancing just fine until someone comes from behind and trips him up. Mercury is now straddling the top rope and the man walks around the ring towards the ramp in a way we cant see him. He turns back towards the ring and it's MNM! Bryne takes Mercury and sets him up for the Pepsi Plunge, he nails it and sends Mercury face first to the match. Bryne pins him and the ref jumps in the ring to make the pinfall count. 1...2...3 The bell rings

Jessica Lock: Here is your winner, Ryan Bryne!

Kerry Lane: Why in the world did MNM come out here and screw Nick Mercury?

Josh Hart: Or was he helping Ryan Bryne? I don't know but I love this kid he's got all the cockiness in the world and that's what you need to make it in this business.

Kerry Lane: That was a despicable act by MNM and he should be ashamed of himself.

Josh Hart: Whats he doing here????

Bruce Pages steps out on the ramp.

Bruce Page: Ryan Bryne, Ruthless Ryan Bryne. Nice victory here tonight, but lets see if you and Axis can repeat your great showing at Bio Warfare!

Kerry Lane: What?!?!?!?!?!, Rookies in the title already? The Warzone match?

Bruce Page: You see at Bio Warfare it will be YOU Ryan Bryne vs YOU Axis vs four more the IWF’s best Up in Coming talent for the Xtreme Championship. I suggest you guys start training now.

Josh Hart: What a shocker. Two more partcipates have been to the Xtreme Championship Spider Web match for May 13th.

**COMMERICAL BREAK**

Kerry Lane: Next up we have Aussie Battler vs Chuck Wallace

Josh Hart: I don’t care who wins this one, I just want someone to get hurt!

The Aussie Battler theme song hits the arena and Aussie Battler makes his way down to the ring.

Jessica Lock: Standing at 6’5 260 Chuck Walllace!

Chuck Wallace vs Aussie Battler

Bell Rings: Both men have a hand shake in the middle in the ring. Both men lock up in a test of strength, as both men can gain a advantage over the other. They lock up again, and the more experienced Wallace takes down Battler with a single leg trip. Battler kicks him off, and kicks up. Wallace walks into stiff kicks from battler, as he locks on a arm bar, and tightens the hold. Battler now lifts him up on his shoulders and falls on his back. Battler hooks the leg but wallace kicks out.

Josh Hart: Chuck is used to tag matches, but this time there is no John Wallace.

Battler now forces chuck into the corner and chops away. Chuck appears to be madder and madder as he reverses and chops down on aussie battler. Chuck walks back and charges in with a big splash as Battler is now down on the mat. Chuck wallace climbs to the second rope to drop down a leg drop. Chuck picks up battler for a back breaker, but Battler tries to fight it off, but fails. Chuck pulls him up and tosses him into the ropes. Chuck throws a clothesline, but Battler ducks and connects with a back cracker. Wallace is holding his back Battler quickly goes for the cover, 1………..2………. but wallace powers out. Bruce page checks on justine as the wallace hover over her. Page then walks over as grabs a mic, and steps into the ring.

Battler looks estatic as he celebrates on the ramp

Team Titans music blast as the fans go wild. These 2 men are becoming the most popular team In the IWF.

Kerry Lane: Team Titan could be the best tag team we have here today. You can't match the mat skills of Charlie Titan and the Power of Havok.

Team Titan vs V- Boys

Bell Rings: As team titan enters the ring, Hard Knox and Jason Vasil jump them. Hard Knox pounds away Titan and Havok try to fight back but the V Boys have the advantage. The fans continue to cheer for charlie as Hard Knox is losing his focus. He tags out to Jason Vasil as he walks right into the Pyscho driver, the Icon unleashed. Titans finisher 1, 2, 3!

Jessica Lock: Winner of the match, Team Titan!!!!

The arena suddenly goes dim and the titantron shows a dark hallway where footsteps can be heard, A man from the other side of the hallway then cna be seen walking on the way to the camera's position. Voices can then be heard of people screaming in pain and agony. A voice now begins to speak.

????: For decades this place we call home has been nothing but a source of pain and suffering, But others who are lucky are filled with insensitivity and arrogance. . . .

The screen suddenly flashes and the figure walks closer . . . The voice continous to talk

?????: Even those so-called superstars with their money and fame, Who are they to treat the unlucky like they don't even exist . . . It only proves that fame and fortune has blinded their sorry asses and has made their heart as black as satans . . .

The titantron flashes again and the figure is now standing still but closer to the camera.

?????: IWF . . .You better be ready for a wake up call . . . You insignificant ego-tistycal bastards . . But who the fuck am I to criticize your twisted state of mind? You're leavin' me suspect, I'm leavin' you grotesque.Feels like a burn from which you never learn Cause and effect, you jealous ass Press your face against the glass and suffer the consequences of your actions . . .

The screen now flashes the words: Next Week and it comes back to the dark hallway where the figure is so close you can already see who it is.

?????: You people better ready . .

Evil laughter can then be heard throughout the arena as the camera flashes the words: "The gates of hell open on the IWF . . ." The screen flashes once again and now The Maggot can be seen right infront of the camera laughing in an unstable manner as thet titantron fades to black leaving the fans at shock . . .

**COMMERICAL BREAK**

Josh Hart: Ladies and Gentlemen its time for the Hardcore Match between Mike Nigel Manase and RJC Cool.

Kerry Lane: Lets get to the action.

Hardcore Match
MNM vs. RJC Cool

Bell Rings: The bell sounds, and both RJC and MNM stand in opposing corners, neither man too anxious to make the first move. RJC approaches MNM carefully, whom of which rolls out of the ring, and goes straight under the ring for weapons. RJC races to the ropes, and grabs MNM’s hair, pulling him to his feet, but it’s too late. MNM takes the steel trash can lid he managed to find, and cracks it across RJC’s head, sending him backwards into the ring. MNM smirks and slides into the ring, laying the lid down, centre of the ring. He approaches and picks up a sore RJC, who is still holding his head. MNM sets RJC up for a vertical suplex, and connects, throwing him over head with some force. MNM wastes no time and goes straight for a cover one .. but no, the left shoulder comes off the mat easily. MNM continues his offence, and straddles RJC, unloading with some violent rights and lefts. The crowd begins to boo loudly as MNM beats RJC, until RJC throws his foe off. With all his energy, RJC attempts to get to his feet, but only gets to a sitting position, as MNM drives his knee directly into the spine of the his challenger. MNM grabs RJC’s hands and pulls back, applying great pain throughout Cool’s neck and upper back, as the crowd tries to cheer him on. RJC almost feeds off the crowd, and manages to break the hold on MNM, turning his body, and making it to his feet. MNM, still holding RJC’s hands, takes a kick to the midsection, and is forced to let go. MNM buckles over from the kick, as RJC delivers a clubbing blow to the spine of his opponent, MNM. RJC steps backwards and bounces off the ropes, throwing a wild and violent clothesline at MNM, which connects and flips him over onto his stomach. RJC quickly gets to his feet, shaking his head a little, and grabs MNM, lifting him to his feet. He connects with a scoop slam on MNM, and stumbles to the trash can lid, in the ring. He slides it over to MNM, and smiles at the crowd, before lifting him to his feet. RJC forces MNM’s head into his arm pit, and grabs his tights with one hand, preparing for a DDT. RJC jumps, and falls backwards, holding onto MNM’s head and tights, driving him head first onto the trash can lid. The crowd erupts, as RJC quickly goes for the cover one … two … but not, MNM gets his shoulder up, just.

Kerry Lane: Whoa, what a match this has been, I wonder how much more these men can tolerate before it becomes too much?

Josh Hart: Oh Kerry, this is only getting started. We’ve seen both of these men compete last year, but I have a feeling that with a new year, comes new wants and needs to thrive in the IWF!

RJC checks with the referee, before he rolls out of the ring, and searches under the ring. He eventually stands, a smile on his face, and a steel chair in hand. The crowd begins to buzz as RJC steps into the ring, and stalks a now bleeding MNM. The blood just dribbles down MNM’s forehead, as he slowly gets up onto his knees, and then to his feet, unaware that RJC has a steel chair behind him. RJC grips the chair tightly, and prepares to swing as MNM slowly turns towards him. There is only a split second to react as RJC swings the chair at MNM’s head, and MNM manages to dodge the career threatening assault. RJC quickly turns and brings the chair up once more to strike MNM, but is taken down as MNM connects with a super kick, driving the steel chair into the jaw of RJC. Both men fall to the mat, MNM to his stomach, and RJC to his back, as the crowd goes silent. Both men remain rather motionless for some time, until both begin to show signs of life, at almost the same time. MNM is the first one to his feet, one half of his head now covered in a thin layer of blood, as RJC slowly pulls himself to his feet, using the ropes. MNM slowly makes his way over to RJC, who is leaning against the ropes, and wraps his arms around his waist, and pops his hips hitting a german suplex, into the centre of the ring. MNM keeps his arms locked, and painfully pulls RJC to his feet, connecting with a second german suplex, once again MNM keeping his arms locked. Both men, now physically drained, get to their feet as MNM looks for a third german suplex, but RJC blocks the attempt. RJC throws a sloppy right elbow to the temple of MNM and connects, and with this slight opening, breaks MNM’s arms, and steps behind him, locking his hands around his waist, popping his hips and hitting a german suplex of his own. The crowd begins to cheer as RJC keeps his arms locked, and painfully pulls his opponent MNM to his feet. RJC gives one last effort, and throws MNM into the centre of the ring with one more german suplex. RJC shows some signs of life after the attack, as he musters enough strength to pull himself to his feet. On spaghetti legs, he stumbles, and falls into the corner of the ring, a small smile on his face. RJC begins to climb, hopelessly, up to the top turnbuckle. He steadies himself, as MNM slowly, very slowly gets to his feet, his face now covered in blood. MNM turns, and stumbles a little, as RJC Cool dives into the air, and connects with a big cross body on his opponent. MNM, using the momentum of his opponent, rolls over his head, and hooks both of RJC’s legs for a sneak pinning predicament one … two … but no, RJC just gets his shoulder up, off the canvas.

Kerry Lane: What a match Josh! I thought RJC Cool had it with that crossbody, but it seems like MNM still has some fight in him!

Josh Hart: It sure does Kerry, but how much is left in both of these guys?

The crowd jumps to their feet as RJC gets hit shoulder up, as adrenaline suddenly courses it’s way through the veins of RJC and MNM, both men getting to their feet seemingly fine. They begin to slug it out, exchanging wild rights again in the centre of the ring, until MNM gains control by raking the eyes of RJC. Cool stumbles backward into the corner, and is clothes lined into the corner by MNM, the impact sickening. RJC stumbles, almost dead on his feet, into the centre of the ring, as MNM races off into the ropes. MNM bounces off the ropes at high speeds and dives into the air, taking down RJC with a big flying forearm smash, as both men crash to the mat.

Kerry Lane: I don’t know Josh, that might’ve been the last bit of energy in both men, the next man to make a cover wins this one!

The referee checks on both men, as the crowd goes silent. A few moments pass, before MNM manages to nip up, to his feet. The energy is clearly drained from MNM, as he stumbles hopelessly onto the ropes, and awaits his opponent to get to his feet. RJC slowly begins to show signs off life, as he painfully manages to make it to one knee. MNM steps off the ropes, and stalks his foe closely, waiting impatiently for him to turn around. RJC makes it to his feet, and manages to only keep himself vertical, as MNM loses patience. MNM grabs RJC and turns him around, and throws a quick right hand. The attack doesn’t connect, as RJC ducks behind MNM, and locks his arm around MNM’s head, and throws his body backwards, over RJC’s shoulder. RJC drops to a sitting position, and drives MNM’s face into his shoulder blade, connecting with a violent Osaka Street Cutter. RJC falls to his back, as does MNM, and both men lie motionless on the mat, centre of the ring. RJC slowly drags his arm across MNMs chest, and covers him one … two … three.

Jessica Lock: Your winner RJC Cool

Josh Hart: Ladies and Gentlemen its now time for the Main Event.

Kerry Lane: This match is going to be intense, no more commercial breaks

Wait and Bleed by Slipknot hits the arena and Tyrus Helms steps out onto the stage and makes his way down to the ring.

Jessica Lock: Standing in at six feet and three inches weighing in at two hundred and fifty-five pounds from Sacramento, California, Tyrus Helms

Kerry: Helms looks confident here tonight. He wants Marcus in a bad way.

Josh: He doesnt want any of Marcus Marshall. He might bite off more than he can chew with the Riot on hand.

Marcus Marshall music hits the arena and Marcus Marshall steps onto the stage and pulls of a big steel and wraps it around his wrist.

Jessica Lock: Ladies and Gentlemen Marcus Marshall

Josh: Whoa, he's got a chain, Here we Go!!!!

Marcus Pounds his fist with the steel chain wrapped around as Tyrus Helms appears a bit nervous now. It looks as if marshall doesnt care who wins.

Marcus Marshall vs Tyrus Helms

Marcus slides into the ring and stares down Helms. Within seconds Marcus pushes the referee off, and takes a big swing at Helms but misses. Marcus takes another big swing, but only hits the air as Helms jabs back this time. Helms bounces off the ropes and hits marcus with a big drop kick. Tyrus Helms now picks up the chain and hold it up as the fans cheer. Helms takes the chain and begins to choke out Marcus Marshall. The fans go wild as the referee is allowing as he counts to 5. Helms lets go at 5 and begins to squeeze again. Helms takes the chain and begins to pound down on Marcus and tosses the chain out of the ring. Helms throws Marcus to the corner and stomps him and hops up on the second rope and reign down punches. Marcus is trying to block it but Helms is enraged.

Kerry: You cant blame Tyrus Helms right now. Marcus Marshall is getting everything he deserves.

Josh: Disqualification!!! Helms is getting away with murder.

Helms now takes Marcus and throws him over the top. Helms tosses Marcus into the steps, but Marcus reverses and Helms goes flying head first into the metal steps. Marcus now grabs the first part of the steps and drops it down on Helms back. Marcus gains his breathe as he hold Helms over his head in a press slam position. Marcus drops him across the steel steps. Marcus now goes over and grabs a chair. he is Taunting the crowd. The referee is counting as Marcus begins to go after helms. Helms is trying to get away as Marcus's eyes are fiery. Finally Helms gets up and does a low blow. Helms grabs the chair and takes a swing at marcus but misses. The referee calls for the bell as it is a double countout. Helms is chasing after Marcus on the ramp as he finally connects with a chair shot. Marcus tries to get away as he finally reaches the top of the ramp. Helms locks on the rear neck choke. Marcus is trapped as several officials come out to try and gets helms off of marcus. Marcus is trapped as he is tapping out and slowly fading. Helms increases the pressure as Marcus is about out and finally lets go. The officials are breaking them up. Tyrus is helms going to the locker room as he turns back despite the officials and charges as marcus and spears him off the stage.
Kerry: OH MY GOD!!!!! Their Dead!

Josh: Wow, Helms has just tackled Marcus Marshall off the stage. We gotta get some help out here for Marcus Marshall

A longtime judge has been ordered to spend nearly three decades in prison for his role in a massive juvenile justice bribery scandal that prompted the state's high court to toss thousands of convictions.

Former Luzerne County Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. was sentenced Thursday to 28 years in federal prison for taking $1 million in bribes from the builder of a pair of juvenile detention centers in a case that became known as "kids-for-cash."

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court tossed about 4,000 convictions issued by Ciavarella between 2003 and 2008, saying he violated the constitutional rights of the juveniles, including the right to legal counsel and the right to intelligently enter a plea.

Ciavarella, 61, was tried and convicted of racketeering charges earlier this year. His attorneys had asked for a "reasonable" sentence in court papers, saying, in effect, that he's already been punished enough.

"The media attention to this matter has exceeded coverage given to many and almost all capital murders, and despite protestation, he will forever be unjustly branded as the 'Kids for Cash' judge," their sentencing memo said.

Federal prosecutors accused Ciavarella and a second judge, Michael Conahan, of taking more than $2 million in bribes from the builder of the PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care detention centers and extorting hundreds of thousands of dollars from the facilities' co-owner.

Ciavarella, known for his harsh and autocratic courtroom demeanor, filled the beds of the private lockups with children as young as 10, many of them first-time offenders convicted of petty theft and other minor crimes.

This guy sounds like a total prick.
