Scoop: Paula Marshall Books CSI Stint
Paula Marshall is set to appear in a May sweeps episode of CSI, TVLine has learned.
The Gary Unmarried alumna will play a sexy, cold-hearted, tough and no-nonsense CEO of an oil company — who also happens to be a premiere race truck driver. The twist? She is convinced that she may have been the original target of a truck bombing.
As we reported yesterday, Marshall is also set to star in CSI exec producer Carol Mendelsohn’s CBS pilot, Widow Detectives, alongside Northern Exposure‘s John Corbett and The L Word‘s Jennifer Beals. The project centers on a decorated police officer who, after losing three partners in the line of duty, becomes a surrogate husband, lover, and family to their families.
