Paul "Semtex" Daley recently dropped a decision to Tyron Woodley in Strikeforce, his second loss in a row there. The first was a TKO loss to Nick Diaz back in April. He has apparently decided he isn't going to wait around for another Strikeforce booking, and went out and got two fights in other organizations instead.

The first is within the confines of a familiar locale with Daley facing Bulgarian Jordan Radev at BAMMA 7 in Birmingham, England on September 10th. Daley last competed in England at BAMMA 5, defeating Yuya Shirai by TKO. The bout was supposed to be for the BAMMA welterweight title, but Daley missed weight so the belt wasn't on the line.

The second booking is up here in Canada, at Ringside MMA 12 in the Bell Centre in Montreal on October 21st. Semtex will take on heavy-handed UFC veteran Luigi Fioravanti. Daley has fought in the Bell Centre before, and it just happened to be the infamous fight against Josh Koscheck at UFC 113 that got him banned from the organization for throwing a punch after the fight was over. You can bet the Montreal fans aren't going to let that slide.

As stated above, Daley doesn't have a fight currently booked in Strikeforce, but he appears to still be under contract with them. The next big Strikeforce card after the GP semi-finals is scheduled December 12th, and it doesn't look likely that Semtex will be on the card, but we'll have to wait and see.
