alright guys, if you have ever seen paul burchill wrestle, you know he is talented. and it seems pretty obvious that this incest angle is not going to do him any favours. so i am wondering what you guys think on wheather or not burchill's wwe career can recover once this angle has ran its course. peronally i think if wwe give him a propert chance to get over after this angle is dropped he can.

Personally I think that he will not be able to recover after this. Although I seriously think that people will complain and this angle will be dropped tbh.

On raw i saw them enter and i was like wow, they do kinda look like family. but im english and we think its kinda sick to love our family in an incest way. Burchill will never regain himself from this even though the stories just started.

I personally don't see why everyone is having a heart attack about this. If Burchill is as good as everyone says he is, and he looks pretty good, then he'll be perfectly fine. I think the angle is a little weird, but it really isn't that bad imo. I guess we'll see where they go with it, but I can't possibly see this ruining his career, unless it was already going to be ruined.

The angle is fine everyone is just overlooking it. The only reason this guy is back on the roster is because of his fanbase. Did you hear JR talk about his apparent fanbase on his debut on Raw? They know the guy has a fanbase which is more then you can say for guys like Snitsky and Shelton. Add the fact that he has a cool looking finisher and a hot england Katie Lea as his manager and you got a guy who's in for the long run.

I like the angle btw, sure he's not going to be groomed for a world championship with it. But i do expect comedy angles that are funny as hell. Ex: someone catches them making out in the back or whatever comedy angle they will do. Sure as hell beats the hornswoggle comedy angles.

If he gets a reaction from the crowd that is compeltely not based on the angle which will be incredibly easy to do when you got a smoking hot babe with a accent as your supposed sister (even if they go overboard with it you could fix it) plus an awesome looking curb stomp, this is the future for Paul Burchill he's not going anywhere this time around.

I was sceptical at first, but I have grown to beleive that this storyline will get a good worker who I enjoy watching more TV time. As far as this haunting him forever, the WWE can write themselves out of a crappy storyline in a matter of five minutes. People will forget in like two weeks.

All it takes is Burchill to cut a promo saying it wasn't his sister. He was using her....They were pretending.....blah..blah..blah. BAM. Storyline over, Burchill isn't a perv anymore.

Bottomline, if you are good, people will forgive and forget. Does anyone remember that Steve Austin had long blonde hair?

Anyway, Burchill has probably the most raw talent in the WWE. The guy has proved he has it in the ring and his mic skills are around average but can be improved. He made a crappy gimmick work and now we will see if he can make a controversial storyline work in his favor.

This storyline definately pushes the envelope, but it's no necrophiliac Kane. I'd call this storyline... progressive? Like Boston Public, lol. But seriously, I don't see why everyone is acting like this will completely destroy Burchill. This being shocked by what we're seeing will pass quickly. I think the fans will soon just accept these characters and come to see them just as they were shocked by, but then accepted and bought tickets for Roode screaming and Brooks crying.

And its a really easy fix, just come out and say, de de deee they arent really bro and sis, or they are half brother and sis, or step brother and sis. I said it when I was watching Raw, is she was my sister, id totally wanna do her. Sure, id feel really dirty, but fuck, shes hot.

^Agreed, she is hot and this won't be hard to undo at all. I'm guessing they'll see what kind of reaction Burchill gets from this and go from there. If he can't get any type of reaction with a storyline like this then he probably won't be around long enough for them to switch his gimmick. If he gets a good reaction then they'll come out and say that they're not really related or some shit like that, give him a new gimmick, and then everything will be fine.

I think he is a great wrestler and should be used differently but like others have said this may be it for him. He is not young anymore like not as young as the ones coming in the wwe and we should make room for the future. Give him one good storyline than just make him put people over every week like what they did with kane just using him in storyline to make others seem good and put them in the main event.

here's a better question tho is this incest gimmick better or worse for his career than pirate paul birchall? in my honest opinion i'd say it's better because like bischoff says controversy creates cash and the pirate thing was a lower mid-card gimmick at the most and now we can see his true potential as he has been moved to raw and given more airtime and a more risqay (or however ya spell it) character and angle to work with.

I think he'll do pretty well out of this or at least i hope he does lol
