Pat Buck, who gave notice to WWE after WrestleMania 38, reportedly started as a producer for AEW during tonight’s Dynamite.

PWInsider reported that Buck was backstage at tonight’s show in New Orleans and began work as a producer, the same role he had in WWE. A source told PWInsider that he was also backstage at last week’s AEW Dynamite show.

Buck, along with Michael Hayes, helped produce the Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar match that headlined the second night of WrestleMania 38. He also helped produce the Charlotte Flair/Ronda Rousey match. The following day on April 4th, he informed the company that he was departing. Later, he confirmed on social media that he was leaving.

“As a producer/agent, I feel I have accomplished everything I wanted to do within WWE in the last three years,” Buck wrote on Twitter. “My endless gratitude beams from working with so many wonderful talents, especially the ultra talented Women’s Division.”

Along with his work as a producer, Buck had also been working in WWE’s Talent Relations department, bringing in independent talents for extra work. He had signed with the WWE as a producer back in 2019.

Remember Pat Buck being womanhandled by Nia Jax after suspending her.

In a backstage role? Yeah I see it. Guy was the producer for the two rumble winners and the main event of WM. You don't get to be the producer for those matches unless people in WWE think you are good at your job

Didn’t everyone shit on both Rumbles and the main event of Mania?

Pat Buck seems like a cool dude but I wouldn’t call it a “big get”

Depends which Mania main event. Saturday or Sunday? If it’s Sunday then yeah, those matches aren’t anything to write home about :lol But also getting to produce those matches, good or not is a big deal. But I sort of agree it’s not necessary a big get.

edit: I see it says which matches and yeah. Didn’t care for either of them Mania matches :pull
