“My recovery’s been great, I’ve been doing a lot of therapy, muscle reinforcement and I feel much better. I’ll do another MRI so the doctor can release me. I’m still weak but I’ll only train hard once he says I’m good to goâ€, Palhares said on an exclusive interview with TATAME.

Since the middleweight division is on a great moment, Palhares does not want to finger anyone and says Ultimate will match him up.

“I don’t have anyone in mind to fight next. I’ll fight anyone UFC tells me toâ€, the employee states.

UFC should make Palhares/Shields. Or they could even do the Okami fight that was originally scheduled for UFC 150.

I'd say give him Okami. Shields... he still needs something more. He has to get back into that middleweight type of fighter he once was back in Strikeforce when nobody could beat him.

Shields would be a good jits fight.

IDK about Okami, he's washed up and does nothing for him, vice versa really.

Either way, good to see him back ripping ankles off.

I just say give him Okami cause Okami has fallen so hard after the Silva fight... might as well finish him off. Okami doesn't have much to offer anymore.

I don't think Okami is washed up, he was kicking the shit out of Boetsch until he got a lucky shot in.

Paul Harris should fight Okami before he is tought to be a contender, that is still the measuring stick of the Middleweight division.
