Yeah, I was just going to tell you to work on the text till I saw the second version, looks better. Maybe a couple of more gradient maps to give it more flow.

That's not good.
I've seen far better work from you CT and that's not up to your standards at all. Firstly there is no collective theme, neither is there any clean finish that makes the signature look attractive at first sight. No graphical features either that attract at first sight. If you look at it collectively, the text is different, the renders are different, the background is different, the sub-text is different and nothing is in 'one' particular theme.
The text in the first version is very basic. Nothing at all. The second one makes the signature look somewhat better but it's again not up to your standards. There are other things that need to be fixed as well, the color flow which isn't good, it doesn't match with the rest of the elements, the PSD's look as if they're slapped over a background, the text is floating randomly etc.
I'm sure you can come up with something brilliant next time

Channel mixing, messing around with color balance or Hue/Saturation with a stock isn't really the perfect choice for a background.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't use stock images at all, but learn to combine them effectively and turn them into a creative background. If you can't, then there are plenty of other alternatives of coming up with a nice background.
And what I mean by that is you combine different brushes (deviantart.com) and different stock images, apply some filters and effects out of your own creativity and use the basic 'blending' process.

You took the advice perfectly, good job CT
The signature itself is still bad though. I dunno, I think the 'Pac and Biggie' text on the bottom left doesn't go with the theme. And the renders are too dark compared to the 'who rules the smurf kingdom?' text which is glowing brightly. The purple and white 'something' above the text and at the bottom is again out of the collective orange/yellow theme of the sig.
You nailed everything perfectly but missed out a few minor parts. Nonetheless credit for actually taking the advice into consideration CT. :thumbsup:

Much better than the previous versions that you posted.
If the PSD's are somewhat brighter (look at the text) then it's perfect imo. But this is still good bro
