They should sign him to a TNA contract before allowing Kurt to address this. If he's signed, then setting up some kind of challenge between them, a match that Angle would win after a long struggle or a best-of-5 series where Angle would win 3-1 or something else along those lines would be great.
If the guy won't sign with TNA, screw him. Because that probably means he's WWE-bound and there's no reason for TNA to build up guys who are going "up north", where they'll repackage him and sell him their own way anyhow.
