lol.. ok, you need to becareful of few things to start with..
1- dont make your banner too blurry.
2- use brushes and whatnot patterns not just stock images as bkg.
3- text needs alot of work.

i like the gold one better, on the silver one the bsd looks stretched out. I like the background how its Orton giving RKOs.
