may I ask you this, what is the point in making a challenge if you do not compete? its 1 of 3 things:

1)steal the winning sig
2)Blue-ness

i could see why you would make a thread and not compete tho. i mean if you know your not skilled then why compete, and if no one else is making challanges and you like seeing challanges then that bassicly would leave you to make one and not compete

but i see why its a big deal, im just a lil more laid back i guess lol
