What's been your main takeaways of his year in charge, things you've enjoyed, things you've disliked and things he still needs to fix?

Personally i've really liked the focus he's put on factions and then the massive improvements he's made to the tag division where it now feels like we have a legitimate division on each show.

My main positive I would go with is probably how all the PLE's have felt really important again. The crazy crowds outside the US adding a whole new level of buzz, bringing back Wargames for the Bloodline stuff, big angles like the Sami chairshot to Roman at the Rumble etc.

He’s made some, really really poor choices imo. Some of the people’s bookings have been rather poor(Theory, Damage CRTL(mainly Bayley) a lot of the returns amounting to nothing) but, the shows are very entertaining and watchable. So I probably say he is a B+

He’s been great but in reality he’s only been doing things that people have been asking and dare I say begging for for years.

The main thing is just consistent booking and actually allowing storylines to follow through. Also allowing the superstars to have better personalities and not having weird cringe gimmicks. Allowing multiple superstars to be big stars instead of having just one top guy and everyone else feels like they don’t matter at all.

Overall it’s just been a more consistent more watchable product. Not perfect of course but hey, what is?

A-

Raw and Smackdown have been really good. I mostly agree with who's being pushed.

Anyone think a Theory face turn could help? Like he’s got the face of a heel, but I mean they have to do something

He was booked amazingly when he won the US title. Had a clean triple threat victory over Lashley and Rollins. Started getting hype. Then for some reason it just dropped off.

I’ll give him an A

He’s fixed a lot of things that were broken. Not everything has been knocked out the park; especially when it comes to the women, but he’s rehabbed guys and he’s doing his damndest to make new guys feel like stars.

We’ll never know but who’s to say where Gunther would be under Vince right now.

LA Knight would probably still be a manager.

Seth probably wouldn’t be WHC cause I think he’s Moreso a Hunter guy than a Vince although you can probably argue either way with that one.

And etc

I think the important thing that Triple H has brought back that has been missing for years is consistency.

Not every storyline has been a hit, not everyone has been booked to their best potential, but it is beyond undeniable that we are getting consistent storylines that make some semblance of sense, and we've finally gotten a return of mini-fueds that feel natural.

Trips has made more than a few missteps, but you're never going to get a perfect Booker. Nevertheless, WWE's booking has arguably been the most consistent its been since 2013, if not 2000.
