1- the choice of batista's psd is not good imo, i saw other psds that would suit this theme more.
2- the text tags on the bottom right hand corner are misplaced (hence the place of the grey and the black tags).
3- Glow around the psds? well by looking at the light, it tells that its from behind from that entrance behind them. So there should be some equivance between the light there and the lightening towards the psds.
4- I noticed that you use the text duplication feature so much in your designs, why ot actually try to manipulate the text instead of having the same oriented text as the main one but just with lower opacity/ different layer style?
5- The left side beside HBK, looks empty imo. Why not try add a vector brush there that can support the style of "distant measures"
6-Green is ok, but maybe orange or red would suit ONS theme more? not sure.
