Would it be worth embedding the google form on the site? Would be a nice touch if it was going to be done this way all the time. We did it at work it's just an iframe to embed I think. Just edit the questions everytime rather than creating new forms.

Also apparently IFRAMES can be embedded using Mycode, it just needs adding in or some jazz. http://mybbaddict.com/thread-iframe-mycode
