The UFC are bringing a really stacked (by free TV standards) to Versus. Eric Shafer, Brendan Schaub, Eliot Marshall, Matyushenko and John Howard could all have been the biggest name on another preliminary card. Clay Guida vs Shannon Gugerty could have been on a main card in a lesser show. Then we have the 2 big fights in Vera/Jones and Dos Santos/Gonzaga. Very exciting card.

UFC really did put together a great card. It is way more stacked than most cards they put on SpikeTV.

It's probably because this is the first card on versus. I doubt it's a consistent thing.

I am hoping for the main card fights to end quickly so they can show Schaub and Guida's fights. I love watching Guida fights, the dude is a maniac in the octogon.

Jones' performance was amazing. The hype is indeed real for Jones. He literally dominated Vera the entire...3 minutes lol. Vera needs to put some weight on he looks kinda of sickly. I still think he can fare pretty decent fighting at HW. James Irvin shouldn't be fighting at MW, he looked like he dropped too much weight. He worked his ass off to debut at MW last night and he got a legal knuckle to the eye but then everyone started WTF'ing so it ended in a TKO. It was a pretty decent show on VS though, too many commercial if anything.

Yeah Jon Jones is legit. I just don't like his hype though. He's definately not top 4 yet (Rampage, Rashad, Machida, Rua) or even top 6 if you throw in Griffin and Little Nog. Take it easy fans.

Irvin is not going to get a fight at MW anytime soon I'm sure. And my man Schuab looked great!

I am going to watch Schaub's fight tonight on Unleashed, along with Guida's. I really want to see just how good Schaub is. Nelson was way too big of an opponent to really showcase how great of a fighter Schaub is.

James Irvin looked sick, not in a good way. He was way too thin. Vera too, he is one of those guys who look like they should be a little heavy but he was looking a little anorexic. Maybe it was just be, but he didn't look right. He broke alot of bones in his face though, they don't know when to expect him back in the octogon.

Vera is just stickly, he can't help it. Plus, he looks like that and he's already at LHW.
