UFC returns to SpikeTV with another LIVE and FREE Fight Night September 17 right before the premier of the new season of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir, all headlined by TUF Winner Nate Diaz vs. Josh Neer!

Awesome card. Definitely looking forward to the Nate Diaz, Houston Alexander and Joe Lauzon fights. All should be amazing.

Houston Alexander on free TV! You can't beat that, plus Mac Danzig always puts on a show, this is going to be an awesome fight night.

This needed to be bumped

I think Clay Guida vs. Danzig will totally steal the show, but other than that I think Houston Alexander is going to KO the guy in the first minute.
