If you drop a character before they have been in WKF ONE FULL CALENDER MONTH (e.g., July 21-August 21), you are not allowed to submit another until that one calender month is cleared. Taking someone out as soon as they are put in is hard on the staff, and we don't want to do it every two weeks.
