Since losing the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, Lashley has not responded to one text, email or phone call from IMPACTWrestling.com. Lashley has stayed, somewhat, current on twitter and Instagram, sending inspirational quotes like, “Don’t stop dreaming just because you had a nightmare.”

However, lost in these tweets is a response from Lashley to TNA President, Dixie Carter. It was a response that was short and simple and to the point. In a way, it was a bone chilling response.

The original tweet from Dixie (@TNADixie) was a congratulatory tweet to Bobby Roode (@REALBobbyRoode) and also said we most likely have not seen the last of Lashley (@fightbobby). Lashley then responded with three words. “Someone must pay.”

Nothing more and nothing less on October 30th and, as of the writing of this article (Wednesday, November 11 at 3:15 EST), Lashley has not tweeted anything TNA related.

Last week, it was MVP who seemingly jumped the line and was granted an opportunity for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Bobby Roode. On the surface, that did not sit well with Lashley who walked right past MVP as we went off the air, it was a moment that spoke volumes.

What will happen tonight on IMPACT on Spike? Lashley will be in attendance and there is little doubt that the Destroyer will be angry and looking for answers. Will Lashley get what he is looking for?
