WWE was in Winter Park, FL at Full Sail University on Thursday for the NXT TV tapings.
Here are the spoilers.
NXT held a round of tapings last night at Full Sail in Orlando that should take them through the rest of the year. We will also be getting footage from the December 3rd show in Osaka, Japan, possibly to fill out shows for the rest of the calender year. Interestingly enough, there were some big name indie talent on last night’s set of tapings. It will be interesting to see if anything comes from their appearances in the promotion.

December 7th Episode:

  • NXT Tag Team Champions DIY get a challenge from both The Revival and The Authors of Pain.
  • Sanity’s Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young defeated No Way Jose and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rick Swann. Big Damo will make his NXT television debut in this match because he came down and took Jose out.
  • Ember Moon defeated Kimber Lee.
  • Tucker Knight and Otis Dozovic defeated Johnny Knockout and Braeden Knight.
December 14th Episode:

  • A Fatal Four Way to become the new number one contender to the NXT Title is announced. There will be four matches to decide who the competitors are.
  • Tye Dillinger defeated Eric Young via DQ to qualify for the Fatal Four Way. Big Damo once again shows up to stomp on one of Sanity’s opponents. Hmmm…. (Also of note, Sawyer Fulton is not on the show tonight)
  • Andrade “Cien” Almas defeated No Way Jose to qualify for the Fatal Four Way.
  • Roderick Strong defeated Elias Samson to qualify for the Fatal Four Way.
  • Bobby Roode defeated Oney Lorcan to qualify for the Fatal Four Way.
  • Peyton Royce defeated Sarah Bridges (Crazy Mary Dobson).
  • Shinsuke Nakamura squashed Patrick Clark (dark match; won’t air).
December 21st Episode:

  • Billie Kay defeated Daria.
  • The Authors of Pain defeated an enhancement talent team. There was a bad botch in this match and it was stopped.
  • Bobby Roode defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas, Tye Dilliner, and Roderick Strong in a Fatal Four Way to become the number one contender to the NXT Title.
  • NXT Champions Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano defeated The Revival to retain the titles.
