NXT Champion Kevin Owens underwent a partial meniscectomy for a knee injury late last week, WWE.com has learned.“I’m not the kind of person that lets things like this get in my way,” the NXT Champion told WWE.com following his surgery. “I’m already walking around without crutches and doing physical therapy at the WWE Performance Center.”For those worried the injury might affect Owens’ highly physical style, he was quick to put any doubts to rest.“Now that I’m at the level I am now, and with as much at stake as there is, I don’t think it’s going to slow me down. I’m on the way back.”

This couldn't have couldn't have come at a worse time. I seriously hope he's right and that'll be back before this effects his career.

So yeah, expect the Owens/Zayn feud to be stretched out for a bit.

about 4-6 weeks for Owens. He's had knee issues in the past so it's probably just a quick fix now he's got a company who'll pay to sort it out for him.
