Don't wanna take too much away from Pope/Cardona cause it was an awesome TV main event and this was a good episode but why the fuck was that match not saved for a PPV and given proper build? The Aldis/Cardona match coulda used more too, idk why they've just rushed their top babyfaces to challenge and lose to Cardona. Really fun match tho, love the WWE history being brought up too

Top babyface in the company not named Aldis and over as fuck. He's basic in the ring but he has the crowd in the palm of his hands so it doesn't matter. All his promos are great even if he admittedly is trying to cut them like Dusty and sometimes it feels like a parody lol

What’s funny is over a decade ago we did a draft and btb for our feds here and one of my major storylines was Pope going after Dusty because his mom was Saphire and he thought Dusty was his father. It’s a pretty fun story line to write.
