1. When was this?
2. This kayfabe?
3. Did that Hulk Hogan/Flair match even happen yet? (The one that made news) and
4. Was that Hogan stubble all him? Or was he using something?

Hogan, but not once cleanly. I think 2 times were interference and once was brass knux.

Since Hogan has to be talking about David Flair and Torrie Wilson I'm guessing this took place around spring/early summer 1999.
