It’s official. PROMMA Now was notified earlier today that*North Carolina undefeated middleweight Derek Brunson has signed a six fight deal with Strikeforce. Brunson’s record stands at (6-0) with none of his fights going past the 2:27 mark of the first round. Brunson was a 3X All-American wrestler at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke, but has ended four of his fights via KO. His other two wins have come via submission.*Brunson*last fought back in January where he knocked out Danny Babcock(6-4) in the very first round. Brunson has indicated that he would like to fight on the Strikeforce Challenger’s*April 1st card via his twitter account. However, that*nor his first*opponent has been announced at this time.***
