Plus, one of hardest hitting bantamweight fighters in the world "Kid" Yamamoto has agreed to enter the Octagon to take on dangerous submission specialist and new UFC signee Darren Uyenoyama.
Kid has seen injuries stall his UFC career so far. He has competed just once in the promotion so far, losing a unanimous decision to Demetrious Johnson at UFC 126 back in February. He was once a pound-for-pound list candidate.
Unenoyama has had to deal with a lot in his career so far, from injuries to contract disputes to not making it onto TUF 14. He had an amazing fight with Hideo Tokoro in Dream a few years ago, and defeated then-Shooto featherweight (132 lb.) champion Shuichiro Katsumura by TKO in a non-title bout back in September 2010. For some strange reason he was never granted a title shot, or even an expected fight with former champ Masakatsu Ueda. He eventually moved on to the UFC, but this will be his first official fight in close to 14 months.
