Dana White confirmed today that Damacio Page and 'Kid' Yamamoto have verbally agreed to fight at UFC 135 in September. Expect fireworks - "These are two of the most aggressive sluggers in the always-exciting bantamweight division," said White.
Kid's last fight was a losing effort to Demetrious Johnson at UFC 126. Yamamoto was once considered a pound-for-pound great when he fought at 155 pounds in K-1 Hero's, but has fallen on hard times over the past 3 years, going 1-3. Page has lost two in a row with his most recent loss coming when he submitted by Brian Bowles at UFC on Versus 3. Before that, he dropped a spirited decision to the aforementioned Johnson at WEC 52.
