No new wwe belt until 2015?

So I read that wwe have a contract with Mattel which would stop them from changing the wwe belt design until 2015 when the contract expires. anyone know if this is true? It sucks if it is. pretty sure lots of us had hopes of them unveiling the new belt this year.

If that's true, that sucks. And another thing that's sucks is the current WWE championship. It's awful, and always has been.

I've already seen pictures of the new WWE title belt.

I'm expecting it'll be revealed on monday.

WWE had this title design ages before their deal with mattel.

That is not true. Mattel and WWE pumps out new toy lines all the time, basically whenever one of the big guys does a gear change. Making the new belt would take them 30 minutes tops.

I think given by the look of that, the staps may be white, like the IC title?
