NJPW x Stardom Historic X-Over - November 20, 2022

On November 20, a new chapter will be written in the history of both NJPW and STARDOM, as the brand new Ariake Arena in Tokyo will play host to the first ever crossover event between both companies. With mixed tag matches, championship action and more besides, the top flight in both male and female wrestling will meet in Ariake, and the event title reflects just that.

November 20, it will be a Historic X(Cross)-Over!

Fan club members of both NJPW and STARDOM will be given early access to ticket sales on August 18, with general on sale September 23. Premium tickets will also be available along the front three rows with special one of a kind bonuses to be announced at a later date.

I soo bummed about not allowing attack opposite sex rule. Yeah I guess for some people it looks unrealistic, but some of the Joshi's is tough as hell, and can stand for themselves, hell Syuri is UFC alumni. Tickled at least try to do a couple more / strike sequence.

You mean that thing that FMW way back in day, and yet never gets credit for?

It's because of how Americanized both promotions have become. If this was happening in the 80s or 90s, or was put on by some different promotions then I am sure that rule wouldn't be in place.

I'm sure it won't be super strict anyway, it'll be the americanized rules where they aren't allowed to do moves to the opposite sex but the women do them anyway with no issue lol

Either way, if it wasn't Americanized it would be a tad better. Also, a lot of the team ups are quite perfect especially Ace and Utami, Maika and Goto, and Taichi and Tam is very perfect.

Trying to put on a mixed show it is OK but crowning an IWGP Women's champion sounds like a desperate move to me, I hope I'm wrong though.
