Meh I mean Naito vs Ibushi are always Car Wrecks when they face each other so I'm looking forward to that. Hopefully Hiromu vs ELP will be better this time around vs their last bout which I thought could of been way better. Maybe they were saving it for this upcoming clash. Ishii vs White should be fun Ishii could kill that Man.

I'm pretty sure Hiromu never got out of first gear during that match night 1 of WK bc he knew he was having the banger against Taiji the next night.

I don't get that mindset at all though you always go out there trying to steal the Show. He's talked about wanting to Main Event one day at WK possibly with the IWGP Junior title on the line, but he didn't prove to me in that Match that I believe him with that statement. For real though NJ needs some fresh talent. It feels like I've been watching the same Matchups the past 3 or 4 years now.

I'm still behind on the Road to shows so far, but I just saw that Yuto Nakashima is off the rest of the tour after his injury in the first match on it. So far that's also the only match I've gotten around to watching and man it was fucking weird, looked like he tore his shoulder or something right off the bat and it had to be called. I think it was the kid's debut too.

Some news coming out of the Road to shows:

February 21 is canceled bc of earthquake damage at the arena that was planned.

Tetsuya Naito has a knee injury and is off the Road Tos but not the actual Castle Attack event

Hiromu Takahashi injured, misses NJPW Road to Castle Attack show

Hiromu Takahashi was taken off the February 20th Road to Castle Attack event in Yamagata due to injury. NJPW’s Japanese website announced that Hiromu was off

NOT THE TICKING TIMEBOMB! I agree Chris hope it's minor, but man I'm shocked with the way he wrestles in the Ring that he hasn't racked up more injuries in his Career. I'm still in awe of him after being spiked Neck first that he's able to wrestle right now.

NJPW announced this evening that Tetsuya Naito will miss the Monday, February 22 Road to Castle Attack event at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. Naito suffered a knee

Yano/Chase Owens is officially a "Yano Style Strap" match which means it's a strap match but instead of touching all four corners, you have to remove all four turnbuckle pads

Can't say I'm too surprised the Jr tag titles changed hands with the plans probably all out of wack, fine with it too bc I think ELP is getting the strap in the 3-way match they announced to replace him vs Hiromu (I'll update the OP later...maybe).

Really good match tho, much better than their last one

I'm watching Night One as I see this waiting to pick again in the Horror Draft and the Strap Match between the two was pretty solid. Both laid it in between the two, but I'm watching Ishii vs White. White was freaking great working on the midsection/rib area of Ishii and the counters at the end was great easily the best thing going for this Show so far. EVIL vs Okada do I really want to see this meh.
