So basically they're looking for greener, less experienced guys to shape via NXT, rather than focusing on ready made indie talent to stick around the system for too long like Undisputed Era / Gargano & Ciampa etc.​

I'm guessing there will be a lot more call-ups then? Guys like Gargano have been ready for the main roster for ages, but it was essentially a third brand. A lot of talent not as ready were getting called up before them. So it's going to be interesting to see the months ahead.

It's good they are going back to the developmental roots. Lets the talent grow and they can build up some newer stars. I'll be intrigued to check it out to see what the changes are like.

I think they will still hire Indy guys, but in the instance of if they got an Owens or Joe again or whatever he would likely just debut on the main roster like AJ did as opposed to spending a whole bunch of time down there.

They'll still likely keep a bunch of good indy hands on board like Gargano, Ciampa etc to help with the development of the other guys you would assume.

He said this same shit during that Interview you posted last Week Dale. I was waiting to see we get guys that push or move the Needle. Duh of course you want breed homegrown talent and see them grow so you can get the praise later because that is what WWE likes to do. Just don't hold onto that young talent forever when the talent clearly isn't improve nor you're allowing a talent to figure out a Character on their own.

Vince is just fed up. He wants Shane, Steph or Trips to just buy the company from him like he did with his own Father. Neither of which have manned up and now he has to keep makin' decisions at 75. So keep expectin' changes like this.
