– A Florida judge refused Nick Bollea’s request today for an early release from his five-year probation sentence for reckless driving, according to the St. Petersburg Times. He did, however, say he probably would grant the request less than a year from now.

Bollea, son of Hulk Hogan, is serving probation after pleading no contest to reckless driving with serious bodily injury stemming from his automobile crash on August 26, 2007 that severely injured Nick Graziano. Bollea will not be registered as convicted felon if he successfully completes all the terms of his sentence.

Full details on the case are available here.

– Former TNA Wrestling talent Shannon Spruill (a/k/a Daffney) is scheduled for a disposition hearing next Wednesday as a result of her July 19, 2011 arrest in Hillsborough County, Florida for driving under the influence with property damage.

Spruill’s breath test was more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in her system. The test showed a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.187 percent, above the state legal limit of 0.08 percent. Michael Manna (a/k/a Stevie Richards) posted $500 bond. Court records listed property damage estimated at $4,500.
