NEW TNA Knockouts Tag titles

So it was annouced on iMPACT that there will be tournament to to crown the new Knockouts tag team champions. This is a pretty good idea. They have a good roster of women wrestlers and plenty of them. Usually when the Knockouts aren't involved in the Knockouts title picture, they tend to just float around. This also will allow them to feature more of their women since it's tag team and not singles.

Some problems with it though....

*The interview the face Knockouts did was waaaaaaaaay to buddy buddy. I mean they are going to be challenging each other for gold, I know they maybe excited but it just didn't fit. And it was odd seeing Tara/Sarita being that jumpy as well.

*They are going to have random pairings. By the way they had the match last night, it would appear that Sarita and Wilde will be partners and are aparently bff now and Tara and Hemme are partners and seem to be bff now. I'm hoping that Melissa Flash will be in this as well as Siade.

*Last thing would be that Traci/Sharmell are taking on Kong/Siede. There was tention teased between (Kong/Siede) and that makes it seem like it will lead to them losing the match next week and Kong turning on Siede. That's not the bad part though
The bad part is the Traci/Sharmell pairing. Sharmell is not a wrestler. That's enough said. But after thinking, I'm just hoping this wont lead to them winning this tournament to furthur push the "MEM has all the titles" thing.

What are your thoughts on this?

i love the idea, i love taking a chance on something that hasnt been done before on tv, more knockout segments will probably help out ratings as well since they seem to be a consistently good draw(though tna ratings arent great by any means), plus it could lead to the knockouts own show, lead to new knockout talent coming in, give more women a chance to prove themselves, im glad that the women arent getting shit on tna, and with the recently succesfull carano/cyborg mma fight, i think womens wrestling may be on the rise, becuase females do like to see tough females and its another demographic to tap into.

the only thing that i think will make this work is if the women prove themselves and not screw up a spot in every match.

Really? Shame on TNA for wanting to showcase their woman wrestlers more by giving them another.

I only like this if they drop the IWwhatever tag titles. TNA was better off with just a few belts, this constantly adding them is getting stupid and taking away from being a champion.

It was ok for 3D to show that they won the titles, especially since they won them on a japenese show, but now they're having title matches on Impact it's just stupid.

And I agree about the pairings, at least have them make sense. The whole thing with Kong, I read somewhere that she is about to either leave TNA or just an extended break.

What has WWE's tag division been dominated by since the fuckin end of the attitude era? Random ass pairings and odd couples.
Still, these belts are a fucking joke and TNA is just flooding themselves with pointless and needless titles.

This is not needed at all? What's it honestly going to do? Be a PPV filler, piss break? Don't get me wrong, I love the Knockout division in fact, it's the best there is. But having tag-titles is just too much. It also takes away from the actual Knockout belt. There's probably around 10 knockouts right now, 1 belt would be fine, now you have 2 more that will be held, not too mention the random pairing up.
