I like it I'll give it a B+. I especially like the Blueish design with lightning strikes on the Paul London pic here.

If you add a boarder and a gradient filter thing it would help. Other than that Great stuff.

Yeah, Just look at some Sigs Tutorials and look at youtube and what not thats what got me a hang of it.
