The Marine movies are produced by WWE. They will market them and push them. GI Joe is not. Rock is a movie star more than a wrestler.

It's 60%/40% on weather it belongs in Locker Room or WWE Section. Rock is more of a Movie star than he is a Wrestler but he's still a wrestler none the less. And to some extent this movie will be promoted by WWE. It can go in either section IMO.

The difference here is that every other media appearance by a wrestler is done to market the WWE. This movie is not. It is a major summer blockbuster produced without the WWE's involvement. It stays in the Locker Room.
