Assassins Creed, now on boats. So they've stopped making the whole game around, oh I dunno, ASSASSINATING PEOPLE! I don't wanna do some bullcrap side quests about naval warfare. I wanna stalk my target, Plan my attack, then scuffle to kill him and get the smeg out of there. Series went downhill for me when they put in the feature to be able to hire people to assassinate people for you.

1 would have been the best if they actually showed you where you were supposed to go during the mission. it sucked especially after you'd stopping playing for awhile.

Got told 2 was good, so I can only attest to that being the best one, having played brotherhood and 3, I found both to be rather boring :/ too many sidequests.

I'll take your word for it, I have been recommended Dishonoured as a better version of Assassins creed, so my obligation is to try that first and form my opinion on it then.

Not sure why they're even bothering with this. IMO opinion the series ended with the last game. A fourth installment is unnecessary & to jump the shark with the whole pirate angle is just revolting.
