Navigation error/bug

Looks like you've changed the hover effect in the top nav and now the links move slightly when hovering over them.. might want to fix it so they don't move.. would look way better

Xanth was testing something but decided not to use our 7 test themes and use the main theme everyone uses. It'll get removed.
