Coming into the race at Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday before practice the team were saying that Tony Stewart and Martin Truex Jr. were the two drivers to look out for on Sunday. But once Happy Hour concluded Truex wasn't on of the men to watch out for but it was Jimmie Johnson who was fastest in practice. It was a pretty calm race except for Robby Gordon getting into the wall, Dave Blaney having some trouble and unfortunately the only man that was able to keep up with Stewart all day Jimmie Johnson cut a tire down and hit the wall late in the race taking him out. With less them 30 laps to go it looked like Matt Kenseth had something for Stewart but he didn't and Tony drove his way into victory lane for the first time in 2007. Many say that he should already have multiple wins this season but bad luck has come his way. Now with this win Stewart and the number 20 Home Depot team shows that they are not to be taken lightly when the chase for the Nextel Cup starts in about 10 Races.
