Ken Kennedy...Kennedy
All signs are pointing to Ken Kennedy as Vince McMahon's new son.
First of all, Ken Kennedy was supposed to have been heavily involved in the exploding limo storyline. Some reports had him being an accomplice in Vince McMahon's plot to fake his own death. Other reports had him being the one responsible for the limo exploding, which would have led to him feuding with Vince McMahon.
Another interesting of note is that Ken Kennedy's name was patterned after Vince McMahon's name.
Ken Kennedy's real name is Ken Anderson. When he first started working for the WWE, he went by the name of Ken Anderson. The first promo where he does his now famous microphone self introduction was done under the name "Mr. Anderson".
However, Paul Heyman felt that Ken Anderson needed to change his name to distinguish himself from the Anderson family name. Arn Anderson and Ole Anderson spent years making that name a household name among hardcore wrestling fans.
So, Paul Heyman renamed him Ken Kennedy. The "K" in Vincent K. McMahon supposedly stands for "Kennedy".
Big Push
If Ken Kennedy is revealed as Vince McMahon's new mystery son, then he'll get himself a nice push.
Simply being associated with Vince McMahon is going to generate more interest in Ken Kennedy. Also, there's so many different heel storylines that can be done because Ken Kennedy can now use the company to his advantage since he's now "family".
Vince McMahon can now push Ken Kennedy as his new corporate champion. The father-son relationship between Vince McMahon and Ken Kennedy can also open the door for a potential feud with Shane McMahon.
The possibilities are endless.
