My huge worry... (Every staff read and respond)

After last week's NITRO which was unbelivably successful... We crumble once again with up to 8 members being at risk of being cut...

I'm disappointed that Derrick, Awesome Miz and Hoov didn't TT for Nitro this week. Two are champions and have let me down by not setting a fine example in this federation. We need to lead by example and ensure that everyone is TT'ing...

Derrick - You didn't write this week due to personal problems but you have failed to write for us a few times and I will be keeping my eye on you. I really need you to step up and prove you want to be a valued member here in CWF.

Awesome Miz - You didn't TT however handed your match in last minute, I need improvement. You need to show me you'll help with segments and creative ideas after all we're a federation.

I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LOA THIS WEEK, BUT I STEPPED IN AND WROTE A MATCH AND PUT THE SHOW...

Why should I be doing this when I am flat out busy? Hardly anybody TT'd this week and as punishment there's no Nitro show next week. We go straight to the PPV with the card that's set... Bad luck to those who wanted to TT, they need to prove themselves and what worries me is the fact nobody seems to TT or have a bullshit reason for not TT'ing. Everyone needs to step up.

Since Ellis came on Staff, he's been flat out busy with me working on things, even though he didn't write that's because I took over his match but he was here to support and help with ideas.

Thirdly...

HOOV - Even though we're pretty good buddies, I've noticed you've been a little bias... You may disagree but you've chosen Ryder to win the Hardcore last week when the rest of staff felt he wasn't the winner... Also, you chose Ryder to win the royal however I found Dredson's TT to be better and I think some other may agree.

I fear for CWF, I fear it will die and crumble due to nobody TT'ing... I booked a very strong card and the main event was absolutely disappointing, do you guys want CWF to succeed or not because it's just Ellis and I TT'ing as Staff Members and trying to put effort... I've saved this fed way too many times and put countless hours into this but you guys need to as well.

With Showdown of Dreams, I don't care if someone TT'd 0-1 or whatever. Make it long and make it damn fuckin' good 'cos I want CWF to survive and with WSS being absolutely shit with them not doing fuck all with their fed. WE HOWEVER CARE.

So, I'm asking all Staff Members to step up and make sure you TT no matter what and write. There shouldn't really be excuses, this is CWF... Don't let this fed die or else WS will be without a fed.

Firstly, I didn't TT because I was following the pattern laid out by you in the TT thread. Each team takes turns TTing and no one team overlaps. Basically I was waiting for someone from the opposite team to TT before I went so there, reason I didn't TT.

Secondly, I'm not bias. Damnit that Ryder is good and he deserves to be rewarded for it. He works hard and TTs every single week which is more than I can say for most members. Dres has a good Eddie but I find that Ruder to be a notch above. Not knocking Dres but Eddie isn't his strongest character. Plus, wasn't he the guy who became World Champ then left and we had to scramble to come up with a solution that pissed a lot of people off? I'm not going to just hand over an opportunity like that to face the IC champ when I feel someone else deserves it.

Thirdly, I do see a decline. I'm not blind. Honestly, I don't know why. We put out great shows, we have great characters, we're extremely accessible and we do things fair. I don't know if someone is bad-mouthing us or if people are burnt out or if people just don't care. I have no clue.

Right now, in my personal life, I'm dealing with a lot of stress and a lot of life-altering decisions and I need to sort this shit out. I'm not leaving. I'm just explaining why I've been MIA as of late. I'm gonna come out and say it: I hate where my life is right now. Almost 22, broke and jobless, no girlfriend anymore and have nothing to show in life. I'm sorry if I haven't been the same Hoov that you know I'm just going through some shit but I'll get over it somehow. I'll write Rhodes/HBK and I'll make it good. Count on it.

Well, end of school term and I had to do something with some of my marks so that's the reason why I did not TT'd..

Why I'm not helping with Creative ideas? I posted my ideas weeks ago and I got my ass whooped from each and every single one of you, so I will not help with any ideas, you got of course best ideas...

For Hoov... I think you need to shut up Andrew. You said it, we are staff. Hoov felt, Ryder won, he won. If you got a problem with us picking winners, then you are exactly what I said you are weeks ago. Hoov did great, he always does, so calm down and let us all live...

Hey, let's not start a rift. Andrew's right guys, SNME was epic and this week was poor. But Hoov did good man and even took on a match at short notice and handed it in straight away and although we've had our problems, he goes about everything without complaining. Not everyone will agree on winners, heck I didn't think Ryder won but it comes down to what we as writers think. Andrew, I did have the match written but you said you wanted to do it yourself so don't forget that cruical part. I don't think we are to blame however, some of us are not pulling their weight but the TTers need to send in promos and TT when asked to. There are only a few who are fully contributing. Awesome Miz, I don't think there is a need to respond like that, telling Andrew to shut up when it's so obvious his points are correct. We have the priviledge to have this on a very successful forum as lets face it, we dont have a clue whats going on with the other fed. Now let's get this back on track and show what we can do.

First of all; I agree with Andrew. I agree with Hoov too, kinda with Lukáš and with Ellis as well.

Andrew's right. We disappointed him. I was supposed to go LOA, but I didn't go LOA, because I found out that the fixation of the school grades is due this Friday, not the next one, so there goes my reason. I was originally planning on TTing on Friday and writing my match on Saturday, but I've got into a fight with my father on Friday and on Saturday too, so there went my weekend with all the glance. I see no reason to not TT or write matches after Friday, so yeah. Expect me to TT today or tomorrow for my PPV match, although I hate going first, but hell I'm the champ and I run this shit (TTwise).

About the Hoov situation, I agree with every single one of his words. I mean, sure. Dres is a legend, in all the ways, but Deuce or Dr.$wag or call him wutever ya want, is probably the hardest working guy on the roster and has won only ONE match in his CWF career which is more than unfair towards him, at least if you ask me. He should've won many matches he lost. Therefore I'm glad he won this match and I hope he'll try to do his best to win that title and knowing him, Awesome Miz, you better watch out lol. The similar goes for Chriss; that guy is a supertalented broski and he should also have opportunities.. sooooo yeah.
