2)why are most of the PSDs' heads are chopped off from the top?

nope no pre mades and why are they cut off because of the PSD o used it was cut off but no i do not use pre made bg's

if ur going to do pop out sigs, make sure the whole head is there, othewise it looks stupid

save things likr those as png so there is no white background, its will blend with the site, like the "Kassidy" in my sig

I only thing bad about the sigs is that the heads are cut off.Rather than that they are good.
