Well i see alot of problems. The bg is bad you need to add in some more filters/effects into it. The psd needs effects, try using blending modes and the text is brutal. First of all the green doesnt fit with the sig and its horribly placed.

Nice sig, dont like the text at all though, but I give it a 7.5/10...!

ihate the background the design of it is crap,the psd needs to be darker it looks like it came out of the copying machine or something IMO,the green text doesnt go with the sig,and the placement of it is bad,6/10

Ya, no offense, but the text blows. Both the name and the text are just too generic and the green doesnt go with anything at all. And yeah, as MTG said, try using some effects to it to make it look better nad not just plain.
