I'd change the tagline font but overall its simple and it works. Its not at all bad but there's not much to say about it.

Sorry for taking so long to comment. Been busy this week.
It's a suitable poster, but it's very plain. Agree with Defiant on changing the tag line font to something more dynamic to make it stand out more. Nothing wrong with it, but it's just very simple.

it's quite simple one ....and fortunatly i like the texts used here..which is a plus point of this graphic...keep it up
