i just dont like the background... its kind of plain and i dont think blue is the right color in there...

i like the text tho and overall its pretty good

Can't say I like it tbh. Part of Shelley's elbow is cut off and the glow on both of them deosn't really work imo and I don't like the fact that Sabin sticks out way more than Shelley. I agree with the fact there is a lot of blank space and usually you could make up for that with a good bg but I don't really like,the bg either. THe text looks awesome though which I guess is a + on the banner. 5.5/10, sorry if I sounded harsh I ust never really liked it...

Ok well theres not really alot to say here.

Basically the first thing you need to look out is layout, you could have a fantastic BG and amazing effects but the layout has to be good or it doesn't look at all good, Try and work on you layouts first of all.
