Well my iTunes recently decided to reset itself but I remember the top song.

Before the resetting: We Belong Together Remix by 2Pac and Mariah Carey. (300something)

After the resetting: Kick, Push by Lupe Fiasco (36)

The top 15 most played for me are all Paramore. 30 of the 50 Most Played songs are by them so I made a whole new Most Played playlist that specifically excludes Paramore.

Get 50 by creating a new smart playlist, and setting it to most played and then limiting it to 50 songs. I changed all the default playlists from 25 to 50.
