Most overrated of all time is a loaded question but I'd have to put Goldberg up there. His name is often brought up in discussions about Hogan/Austin/Rock/Flair/Andre/etc. because his hottest peak is comparable to those of Hogan and Austin and Rock but he was the most one dimensional out of all of them. This is coming from someone who liked him.
