This song is annoying to me because back in 2019 the store I work at played it multiple times a day while I was working. The only reason they did that was because it was the song that played in our Christmas sales commercial.

I don’t even mind Sam Smith that much but he sounds like a dying animal in the chorus. This is certainly one song that shouldn’t have even been covered in the first place because the original is perfectly fine.
