The 2013 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony has sold out on Ticketmaster. No tickets are left but more are expected to be released as production for the event finalizes.

- WWE is paying their Hall of Famers $5,000 and their inductors $2,500.

- Cyndi Lauper is said to be under consideration for induction into the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame.

Lauper's induction obviously wouldn't happen if another celebrity discussed gets inducted this year - Donald Trump. At one point, Trump was scheduled to be announced for this year's Hall of Fame on the February 18th RAW but obviously that didn't happen.

Lauper deserves it WAY more than Trump IMO. She brought wrestling to the mainstream back in the 80s. She did more for wrestling than most wrestlers did.

Agreed. Lauper is one of few celebrities who deserve it.

They start dropping Bruno, and we have this as a considered option? Lauper did a lot for WWE, but this is not her year.

Sounds like a nice amount of money. But if a celebrity deserves it, Lauper is one for sure.

I didn't know that they even paid the inductors a single cent. It's good to hear that WWE actually pay the inductors, the inductee's and have pride in their HOF.

Inductees getting paid explains Hart going there to induct Backlund.

And I'm pretty sure Bruno got over 5000.

I didn't realize they got paid -- particularly the inductors. I wonder if that's the same every year.

Well, WM 23 is still the biggest WM buyrate iirc, yes.

Vince being cheap paying them only 5k-2.5k though. That's like 40$ to him.
