- Maxine, whose real name is Karlee Leilani Perez, quit WWE last week due to frustration with her lack of upward mobility after being affiliated with the sports entertainment organization for over three years. F4Wonline.com reports she wasn't the only female talent frustrated with her standing in the company and that some employees believe she will not be the last female talent to leave on her own accord. This comes on the heels of Kelly Kelly taking a leave of absence in order to return to modeling and see if she can find opportunities in Hollywood.

Maxine continues a trend that began last year of female talent opting to walk away from WWE, which includes Michelle McCool, Gail Kim, Maryse, Brie Bella and Nikki Bella.

What can I say? Most matches I see can't be taken seriously because of the noises they make. And the fact that they aren't having excellent matches and doing more match types like tables, ladders, no dq, etc.

Upward mobility? Other than AJ, what Diva gets consistent screentime? Even before that, they were only given 30 seconds for their matches. What's the point in having the division at all if you're going to do that? What reason do the ladies have to stay?

While I feel that Divas should get more air time, the first thing WWE needs to do is make the Diva matches a whole lot more interesting, at the moment only AJ is being used in a story line that's working but when she heads in the ring to wrestle it's boring and over in a matter of seconds.

So firstly they need to make the matches better but not only that, they also need to introduce a few more of them into storylines.

Well, I can't say I disagree. They're treated like simple eye candy for the most part, why stay? Maybe because of the money or the exposure, but anyway. I could welcome a few new faces on the Divas division if many girls leave, but there's no use, since they'll be in 30-second matches at best.
