Jessica Lock: You're winner . . Shawn Alexander . . Hayez!
Lane: Hayez manages to get back on the winning course here tonight.
Hayez is celebrating his victory when out of a sudden, lights go out, and the voice of Kassidy is heard.
Kassidy: Never, never Shawn, bite the hand that feeds you, specially when that hand belongs to a person like me.
Crowd pops.
Kassidy: I announced my return to the rings, and it has one and only reason behind me, to destroy you, what I create, I destroy, and you can make that a fact.

CMS is the first to attack and he throws a straight right hand to the head of his opponent, however Nicoll barely feels any effect. CMS throws another punch landing fully on the head of his opponent, but once again Nico feels no consequence, and now he then retaliates with a powerful straight hand that staggers CMS away. CMS goes all the way toward the ring ropes, and then comes back bouncing with them, getting blasted by a Big Boot that knocks CMS completely down to the canvas. CMS then puts one boot on top of the chest of his opponent, and after a while of taunting, he steps right over it. Johnny Nicoll puts once again his foot on the humanity of the IC champion, and then yells to the referee forcing him to start the pinfall count: 1…2…, CMS kicks out. Nico gets mad and he goes back to the canvas. He picks CMS mildly up and then starts planting him with mounted straight right hands. He then gets up to his feet and he viciously kicks CMS right on the head. Nico makes the cover: 1…2…, CMS gets one shoulder up again. Nico gets back up and he puts the boots on his opponent, stomping him. He then waits for CMS to sit up a bit, and goes to kick him on the head again, however when he is about to do it, CMS is able to block the maneuver in mid-air as he grabs the boot of Nico stopping the kick. CMS then starts getting up to his feet. He manages to recover his standing position, and he is still grabbing the boot of Nico. The IC Champion then plants him with a dragon screw twisting the leg of Johnny Nicoll. CMS then gets back up and starts stomping repeatedly the leg of his opponent.
CMS continues stomping on the leg of his opponent. He then grabs it and goes to twist it, looking to lock in a One Legged Boston Crab, however Nico quickly fights back using his free leg and he pushes his opponent away. CMS staggers back from the kick and goes toward the ring ropes, then bounces back and finds his opponent already back to a standing position. Nicoll tries to plant him with a clothesline, however CMS ducks avoiding the maneuver. CMS then finds himself behind Nicoll and with a perfect position, then plants him with the InMigration. Nicoll bounces back from the effect, and then rolls around the canvas grabbing his back in a lot of pain. CMS is holding his knees as he has hurt his knees as well thanks to the weight of Johnny Nicoll. CMS then steps a little back taunting his opponent. Nicoll finally gets back to his feet and walks right into CMS, that first screams “Saprissa Kick†and nails an impressive Dragon Kick right to the side of the head of his opponent.
Hart: Oh my God! What was that?
Lane: Well, CMS announce it himself, I can only guess that kick is called the Saprissa Kick.
CMS feels the momentum going and he taunts to the crowd. He then lifts his hands taunting and announcing the end of the match. He picks his gigantic opponent and sets him up for the Latino Bomb, however when he goes for it he fails to apply it as he cannot get Nicoll up to the ride. Nicoll then counters as he plants his opponent with a Big Spinebuster. Nicoll quickly follows up and he dashes toward the ropes behind him, then bounces back planting CMS with a big leg drop across the chest and throat. Nicoll makes the cover: 1…2…, CMS gets one shoulder up. Johnny Nicoll seems mad and he then viciously stomps CMS on the head. He then goes toward the corner and he then climbs to the top rope, where he then grins in arrogance where he taunts to CMS who is knocked out below.
Johnny Nicoll then turns around in the top rope, and after a while he finally then leaps out of the corner, looking to plant CMS below with his Moonsault off the top rope. However, and right on the nick of time, the Intercontinental Champion manages to get out of the way, rolling aside and making Johnny Nicoll crash and burn, failing his deadly moonsault. CMS takes his time to get back to his feet, and lays his weight to the ropes, waiting for his opponent to get back to his feet. Nicoll finally does so grabbing his middle section in pain and CMS dashes toward him planting him with a Corkscrew Neckbreaker, that awes the crowd. Still on the canvas, Carlos Mario Sequeira goes toward Nicoll and he locks him in the YTO. CMS drains and drains, and Nicoll finally stops fighting and he just taps out.
Winner: CMS
Jessica Lock: Your winner by submission, CMS!
Lane: What a match and what a showing by our new Intercontinental Champion!
Hart: I gotta handed to CMS, he looked on a roll and he even debuted a couple of new moves

Rick O’shea makes the cover: 1…2…, Demon is able to kick out. Rick O’she seems a little frustrated. He then incorporates only to then roll to the outside of the ring. O’shea searches under the ring from something, and he then goes back to the ring, having grabbed a pair of kendo sticks. He throws one to the interior of the ring, and then goes to enter the ring and attack his opponent. He enters the ring and with a kendo stick in hand goes to attack Johnny Demon, however Demon is able to attack first as he nails him with the steel chair on the inside of the ring, nailing him right on the head with the chair. Demon seems to be with the advantage and he cover the knocked opponent: 1…2…, Rick O’shea gets one shoulder up.
Hart: Oh my God! How much more can O’shea take?
Dempn gets back to his feet a little angry, and after looking around with a look of anger on his face, he focuses his attention on the kendo stick lying on the canvas. He walks toward it and then grabs it. O’shea rolls on the canvas, and without doing it on purpose, he rolls all the way toward the other kendo stick he threw toward the inside of the ring. Johnny Demon with the kendo stick on hand, taunts to his opponent waiting for his opponent to get back to his feet. Rick O’shea finally recovers his standing position, and turns around walking right into his opponent. Demon swings his kendo stick looking to plant his opponent, however O’shea blocks with his own kendo stick, getting a pop from the crowd. O’shea then is the one to swing and he nails Johnny Demon right on the middle section with the kendo stick. He then circles his kendo stick on his hands taunting to the crowd and to his opponent and then nails a strong shot to the head of his opponent, knocking Johnny Demon down to the canvas. When the camera shows Johnny Demon, it is clear that Johnny Demon is bleeding profusely. O’shea looks first at the tron and then live and living color to Demon bleeding down on the canvas. O’shea methodically and as if enjoying every minute of it picks his opponent up, and he then goes to throw him toward the corner, however somehow Demon manages to counter and instead he throws O’shea toward the corner, sending him between the top and middle rope and crashing with the ring post. When the camera shows Rick O’shea’s face, it is clear that now is also breeding profusely from his skull.
Lane: Both men bleeding, and one has to wonder how much will this match go on.
Demon, barely able to remain standing, goes toward his opponent and he covers him: 1…2…, O’shea manages to kick out. Demon remains not moving, too tired and beaten to react. He then remakes the cover: 1…2…, Rick O’shea kicks out once again, and this time the intensity of the kick out sends Demon threw the bottom and middle ring rope and crashing to the outside of the ring. Rick O’shea, lasting a while then, manages to recover a standing position. He looks at Johnny Demon on the outside of the ring, looking for something on the outside of the ring, now recovered and looking to be armed. O’shea dashes to the ring ropes behind him and bounces back, he then flies between the set of ropes doing a suicide dive in an attempt to punish Demon on the outside of the ring, however, and to a awe from the audience, Johnny Demon plants him in mid air with the lid of a trash can. Johnny Demon smiles in, enjoying looking at Rick O’shea being knocked out on the outside of the ring. Johnny picks his opponent back to a standing position and throws him to the inside of the ring. Demon then rolls to the inside of the ring and taking his time then makes the cover: 1…2…, out of nowhere Rick O’shea manages to reverse the pinfall Demon is making into a pinfall attempt of his own: 1…2…, Johnny Demon manages to kick out and then recover his standing position. Rick O’shea eventually does the same. Both competitors stare at each other from opposite sides of the ring, both bleeding, breathing heavily feeling the effects of the match. They yell something and explode, advancing toward each other and start trading blow after blow, answering straight right hand with straight right hand. O’shea gets the upperhand with an European Uppercut. O’shea then sidesteps going to the front and getting behind Demon, and he German Suplexes him over the top rope and to the outside of the ring.
The crowd remains in awe from the maneuver applied as Demon contorts from the pain on the outside of the ring. O’shea gets out of the ring and to the apron. He then measures his opponent and after a while, he springboards looking for an awe inspiring moonsault, however and right on the nick of time Johnny Demon manages to get back to his senses, getting out of the way and letting O’shea fly all the way to the announcing table, crashing and going through it.
Lane: Oh my God! We need help, Rick just went through our table, someone, we need help!
Demon fights to get back to his feet, and he then throws his opponent to the inside of the ring. Demon smiles and from down the ring, he grabs a table, that gets boos from the crowd in scare of what could happen to Rick O’shea. Johnny Demon lasts way too much time, but he then enters the ring and he sets the table in the middle of the ring. He goes to pick up Rick O’shea but when he does and out of nowhere he low blows him, making Johnny bend in pain. Rick O’shea then grabs him and hits the Olympic Slam through the table Johnny Demon himself set. O’shea collapses down as well and he then gets one arm across the chest of his opponent: 1…2…3.
Winner: Rick O’shea
Jessica Lock: Your winner via pinfall, Rick O’shea
Hart: Well, what a hell of a match and in the end Rick gets the upperhand.
Lane: O’shea gets a very deserved win and this could be a turning point in his career.
***COMMERCIAL***
We see MNM backstage getting treated my doctors, when Cahan Malone enters the room.
MNM: And what do you want?
Malone: What do I want? It can be all resume in one word: You!
MNM: Whoa, whoa, I am really flattered, but I don't score on that goalship.
Malone: What the hell are you talking about! I want you, one on one, inside that ring, next week.
MNM: Oh, oooh, see, I would love nothing more than that, but, unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to compete next week, I mean, that D-Block attack was pretty heavy you know, so, after next week, and when I get completely ready, maybe.
Malone grins mocking MNM and then taunts a punch at Mike, but he is only fooling around and just leaves.
Hart: What a coward MNM is!
Lane: Shut up, nobody cares about MNM or nobody right now, it is time to hear about James Kash!
So Determined by Mudvayne hits the arena as the lights go out followed by massive Green and Gold Pyro’s emitting from the stage. James Kash steps out onto the stage wearing a very expensive Armani suit with matching sunglasses posing on the ramp. The crowd gives a mixed reaction, but the majority our excited to see James Kash back in the IWF. James Kash than makes his way down to the ring as money falls from above and the fans all trying to grab fifty dollar bills.
Jessica Lock: Standing in at six feet seven inches weighing in at two hundred and seventy-five pounds from Lake Jackson, Texas, “The Future†James Kash!
Josh Hart: James Kash is back and he’s looking good here tonight Kerry.
Kerry Lane: That he does I wonder what the hell he has been up to and why he hasn’t been here to take care of business.
Josh Hart: Watch out you remember how James Kash is if you insult him he’ll take your job.
James Kash walks up the ring steps as the fans all around are shouting out Welcome Back. Kash makes his way onto the apron and than crawls in between the ropes and makes his way into the ring. James Kash walks over to Jessica Lock and grabs the microphone.
James Kash: Ladies and Gentlemen its true and its real James Kash is back and I’m better than ever before. Now I have a couple of things to say, but first I want to address the question of Why James Why? That’s all I have heard since Reloaded is why did you cost Cahan Malone and MNM the IWF Undisputed Championship. The answer is quite simple and I can’t believe any of you haven’t figured it out yet. Because I can. I’ll get back to that statement in a minute, but first things first. There have been rumors that I have been tied into legal battles since my absence from the IWF.
Kerry Lane: Well that’s just word of mouth from Edward Redding III.
James Kash: It’s true that I was in legal battles, but when you have money like James Kash does you don’t stay in legal battles for long. Good news is not only am I done with the legal battles, but hell I ended up getting paid in the process. Now second all of you are wondering is he really back or is he just going to take off once again. The answer to that question is yes I’m back and I’m back full time and I’m not going anywhere. James Kash is back and will be here for a very long time.
Josh Hart: Now that’s what I’m talking about I’ve always enjoyed watching James Kash in the ring.
Kerry Lane: He’s the Owner of the IWF not a wrestler anymore.
James Kash: Hold your tongue there Kerry Lane I’m not done talking quite yet when I finish with what I have to say you will know my future here in the IWF. You all know that I’m back and I am the Owner of the IWF, but when I said that I was back I meant I’m back as an active wrestler on the Mayhem Roster. I’m back in the squared circle to raise hell and truly tear the IWF inside out. Now what about me being the owner and possibly using my power to get whatever I want. That won’t be the case as of right now Edward Redding III is now the General Manager of the IWF. He is the man in charge from this point forward. Any problems or concerns about the future of the IWF will be taken through him. Now before I go there is just two more things I need to discuss and the first thing is I’m back to claim the IWF Undisputed Championship for myself and I will not stop until The Undisputed Championship is safely across my shoulder. I held the title in Season Two and I won it in the very first War Zone match. I want my title back and will stop at nothing to make sure I get it back.
Josh Hart: I knew it Kash is back for the Undisputed Championship.
Kerry Lane: Business is going to pick up for the IWF everytime James Kash is chasing after the IWF Undisputed Champion he brings money into the IWF.
James Kash: Now the last thing I need to say is that I’m not taking over the IWF alone. Wait before any of you guys get excited you will not be seeing a return of The Mobb, but another faction that will be taking the IWF by storm. Let me introduce to you the hired guns of James Kash.
Kerry Lane: I wonder who’s going to be walking down that ramp to join James Kash in the ring.
Josh Hart: If you would shut up maybe we’ll find out.
D-Block by Jadakiss hits the arena as Rampage and Slice step out onto the stage and make their way down to the ring.
Jessica Lock: Weighing in at a combined weight of five hundred and twenty pounds from the Colorado Federal Prison Unit, Rampage and Slice, D-Block!
Kerry Lane: That’s why D-Block attacked both Cahan Malone and MNM tonight.
Josh Hart: With D-Block on the payroll of James Kash there will be no stopping him from getting anything and whatever he wants.
Kerry Lane: True mastermind work of James Kash here and he truly hasn’t lost his touch.
D-Block step into the ring and stand directly behind James Kash.
James Kash: Ladies and Gentlemen I introduce to you The Future of the IWF, "Kash Enterprises". Now the last piece of business is to determine the IWF Undisputed Championship. So Edward I think that you need to come down to the ring and hand me that belt.
Kerry Lane: I knew this was going to happen Kash just wanted to name himself the IWF Undisputed Champion.
Edward Redding III steps out onto the stage with the IWF Undisputed Championship in his hands and a microphone in the other.
Edward Redding III: Mister Kash if I’m not mistaken you just named me as the General Manager of the IWF so no I will not just hand you the IWF Undisputed Championship. You see at Reloaded you cost two men that deserved that title the match and the Championship all together so at Over The Edge our next PPV. It will be MNM taking on Cahan Malone taking on you James Kash in a Triple Threat Match for this the IWF Undisputed Championship.
Kerry Lane: Check that out Josh Edward Redding III’s first act of General Manager was to name the Main Event for Over The Edge.
Josh Hart: It’s going to be MNM taking on Cahan Malone taking on James Kash in a triple threat match for the IWF Championship Match.
Kerry Lane: Folks that’s all we have for you tonight join us next week.
James Kash and D-Block are seen smiling in the ring with a sinister smile on their faces as the camera fades away.
