MNN - Regal V Truth Hardcore Title Match

William Regals theme song hits the arena mush to the dismay of the capacity crowd. He walks out onto the stage to a chorus of boos. He points to the Hardcore Title around his waist and makes his way down the entrance ramp. He gets to the ring and makes his way to the steel steps. He glares at the crowd before walking up the steps and getting into the ring. He snatches a mic off an announcer before starting.



William Regal: Shut your bloody mouths. I have a few things I need to get off my chest. I am still the Hardcore Champion. I left with the title and as far as I'm concerned, it shouldn't have been involved in a match. Now, all I have been asked is why did you leave Bill? Why when you were so dominant? Well, they are good questions but the fact is I was getting rather bored of kicking asses every week. I was so dominant it's not even funny but where was I? I was in show openers when I should have been World Champion. I was being mistreated under the past ownership so there was no reason for me to continue to work for CWF. I had already proven myself to be amongst the best in the business. On that day, this company lost the best member of their roster and they recognised it too, for when the current owners got in power, I was approached immediately.

The crowd cuts off Regal

William Regal: Now, they approached me and asked me to return and I said I'd think about it. Now, I turned on my television and watched the show for the first time in months and what do I see? I see some idiot with serious mental problems running around with my title. Now, I will be taking what's rightfully mine and the only thing I suggest for you R-Truth is to go and see a psychiatrist over your schizophrenia because you really are quite disturbing to watch. But don't you worry sunshine, I'm here to put you out of your misery and after I'm through with you, you'll be going to either hospital or you'll be sectioned. You see, last week you got beaten by a measly spider so how will you be able to cope with the most ruthless brawler in history?



Regal is booed but there are a few cheers from the die-hard Regal fans.

William Regal: How ruddy dare you have the audacity to boo your Hardcore Champion. I am the greatest thing to ever happen to professional wrestling. Unfortunately for Ron, I am about to become the first ever Undisputed Hardcore Champion and when I do, I will be bringing in a new championship, you see, I've accomplished all to be accomplished in the Hardcore division so I will be a champion of Europe. I will be bringing back the European Title this week. Now, you will watch as I bring my dominance once more.

For the first time in his CWF career, R-Truth's music hits and he comes out, receiving a massive ovation from the crowd. Usually Truth's entrance gets a negative response from the fans but tonight, they are glad someone has came out to shut Regal up.

Truth pauses at the top of the entrance ramp and soaks in the cheers. He has a confused look on his face but begins to speak anyway.

I don't think I have ever had a response that big from the fans in my entire CWF career. When R-Truth's music hits and all the fans begin to cheer, do you know what that means? It means William Regal absolutely sucks! I think these people would cheer if Hitler came out here and interupted William Regal. Now, now, I have been sitting in the back, listening to what you have to say but I just can't stand it any longer. I just don't understand this. You quit this company while you were the Hardcore Champion because you thought you deserved to be at the top of the card. You know what that sounds like to me? It sounds like you're a quitter! It also sounds like you are taking a big dump on the prestigous Hardcore Championship. You left CWF because you were Hardcore champ and not World Champ. If you don't want this title, then why did you come back and claim you were Hardcore Champion? And if you wanted to be World Champion, you should have got your head out yo ass and went after it. Instead you cried like a little bitch and went home! If you don't want to be here, Bill, if you don't want to be in the Hardcore Title match tonight, because you are too good for this title, then just leave. I may come out here and insult these fans at times. But I have never given up on them. I have never given up on anything in life just because I wasn't at the top of the game. I have never came out here and said I didn't want to be Hardcore champ, I wanted to be World Champion. Sure the CWF World Championship would look good around my waist in the future but right now, I am the Hardcore Champion and I will bring every ounce of blood, sweat, and tears I can bring to this belt! I will not leave CWF like you did! I will become one of the top dogs in CWF and it all starts with this title. William Regal, you are a veteran in this business. I would expect an 18 year old noob to walk out on this company like that but someone like you? You are setting a bad example to everyone in the back when you should be leading them! Now you want to come back and reclaim what you never losted. You want to beat me and change the Hardcore title to the European Title.

Truth looks down and begins to talk to someone who isn't even there.

Oh really, Lil Jimmy? You think William Regal is full of horse piss too? You think that after I beat him tonight, that he will leave CWF once again? You think Regal will bitch and moan about not being in the World Title picture?

Truth looks up and re-directs his attention at William Regal.

Lil Jimmy thinks that you should leave CWF again but this time you should stay gone. This time, you shouldn't only leave CWF but leave America as a whole! Since you love Europe so much to bring in a European Championship, why don't you just go back to Europe?

A "Lil Jimmy" chant breaks out.

Regal, you also had some things to say about me. Which I find funny because you don't even know me. You think I'm crazy and I don't deserve to be holding the title you never losted. Well here's a newsflash for ya, I am crazy! And ninjah, you crazy if you just now figuring that out! Everyone comes out here and talks about how crazy I am every week, I think people need something new in there life because that's old news! I am crazy and that's why I am the Hardcore Champion! I will bust my ass and I will put my body on the line to do whatever it takes to keep this championship. It means something to me, unlike yourself! I don't care about what these fans or you think about me. All I care about is rising to the top and doing it with the Hardcore Title around my waist. You can bring up the fact that I did lose last week, Regal but that's what happens. You win some and you lose some. I am not gonna come out here and make excuses. I am gonna come out here and kick your ass tonight! I am gonna shut you up and I am gonna end your dreams of a European Championship in CWF because I will beat you and retain my Hardcore Championship! That's right! Not your Hardcore Championship, my Hardcore Championship! Then after I beat you, I will celebrate with Lil Jimmy and get ready for my future match against the new number one contender for the Hardcore Title! That's the truth, the whole truth, and nothin but THE TRUTH!​
